Frank Bourque is a seasoned business coach, consultant, and educator with a 20-year track record of owning, growing, and advising multimillion-dollar companies in the landscape, hardscape, and home service industries. With a background in psychology and entrepreneurial leadership, Frank combines real-world experience with people-first insight to help owners scale without sacrificing their sanity or families in the process.

As a former co-owner of multiple businesses—including landscape, pool, and garden center operations—Frank understands the weight owners carry. For the past decade, through Frank Bourque Consulting, he has helped hundreds of contractors build healthier businesses, stronger systems, and more empowered teams across North America.

That journey gave him more than just business insight—it gave him empathy.

Today, Frank is committed to helping others navigate the same challenges with clarity, support, and systems that restore both freedom and purpose. Outside of coaching, Frank is a nationally recognized educator and keynote speaker. He’s an ICPI and NCMA-certified instructor, the creator of multiple industry training programs, and founder of the Landscape & Hardscape Business Success Summit, which has reached tens of thousands of contractors across North America.
